Electric Lady has announced its first ever Queensland event with a stacked line up of female talent featuring Meg Mac, Nina Las Vegas, Wafia, Jack River and Kardajala Kirridarra at Surfers Paradise on Tuesday, April 10 at 7pm.
As part of Festival 2018, the arts and culture program of the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games (GC2018), the free nighttime event will be a celebration of women in sport and music.
“This partnership feels super historic in a year where we are seeing monumental shifts in the way women are championed and respected in sport, music and entertainment,” Electric Lady Director Holly Rankin (Jack River) said.
“We have curated some of the most exciting female Australian artists to play at this event, all stand for change and all whom use their voices in their own way.”
